Those familiar with the law will quickly acknowledge that the legal landscape has drastically changed over the past twenty years. Some would say for the better, but most, would probably say for the worst. The days of quick, efficient, and “full” Justice have been replaced by protracted, expensive, and some would say “half” Justice. The system, too often, ends with parties walking away frustrated and disenfranchised. Sir Francis Bacon once stated, “Knowledge is Power.” This blog is one law firm’s way of spreading its knowledge regarding the Justice System to those who may be feeling disenfranchised, overwhelmed, or just curious. This blog is one law firm’s way of empowering those that often find themselves powerless when confronted by our system of Justice.
